At Décor Artisans, we aim
to process all orders on the same or next working day and we will contact you
if your items cannot be processed for any reason. Do take note that
processing/delivery time may be delayed for orders that are placed on weekends
and on the Eve of and Public Holidays.
LOCAL MODES OF DELIVERY
We will need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel for delivery via SingPost. After your parcel has been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies, as it is dependent on the mode of postage chosen.
Deliveries will be from Mondays – Fridays: 9.00am – 6.00pm. Saturdays: 9.00am – 12.30pm excluding Public Holidays.
Please refer to the following for more information on the approximate time frame needed.
I. Standard/Registered Mail
Charges for local orders will be advised depending on the total weight and size of your items. Registered Mail is strongly encouraged so that you are able to track the status of your orders. We will not be held responsible for any delay/lost of standard mails sent via SingPost as there is no tracking number for your parcel.
Please allow your parcels 3-5 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery. However, parcels may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak festive seasons and may take longer than the stipulated time.
II. Standard/Express Courier
Standard/Express Courier charges for local orders will be advised depending on the total weight and size of your items. There will also be an additional charge for re-delivery should nobody be present to receive the package.
Please allow your parcels 1-2 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery. After your parcel has been dispatched, you may track the delivery status of your parcel with the tracking number within 24 hours at www.singpost.com.
We will need 2-3 working days to pack and dispatch your parcel for delivery. After your parcel has been dispatched, the time taken for your parcel to reach you varies, as it is dependent on your location and items may be subject to customs inspection, which may require additional days.
Charges for international shipping will be advised depending on the total weight and size of your items. Please state your country location in the Comments box upon checkout and our customer service team will get back to you on the shipping costs.
